What Happens After I Book?
1. You Will Receive A Confirmation Email
This email will give confirm your booking items and give you details regarding your trailer, our important CLICK & COLLECT GUIDE and location.
2. One Hour Before Hire!
You will receive another email and text message. This will contain a LOCK CODE that will allow you to access the keys within the keybox. To remove the coupling lock and unlock the toolbox, keys are required. The toolbox will contain all of the items required to hitch the trailer.
3. Who Do I See When I Pick Up My Trailer?
You will access this trailer without staff present. Mantaray Trailer Hire is structured for customers to hire on their own terms. Feel free to contact us if you are not confident about hitching a trailer to a vehicle by yourself.
4. Do CAR TRAILERS come with vehicle restraint equipment or ratchet straps?
No, we will continue to operate without providing restraint equipment until further notice. You can purchase 2500kg ratchet straps from any tool or hardware shop in Mackay.
